What is the FOWEC Bill?
The FOWEC Bill is the template guiding us as a company in choosing the talents we choose and associate with the ones we associate with.
It is simplified thus:
A Mia Republic talent must either pass fit to be relevant in tomorrow’s Africa or must be seen as scalable to meet with rising trends and demands for his/her work.
Our talents must have an identifiable level of originality, self-trust or interiority, which should be reflected in their work.
W- Wowing: Talents capable of making one gape in disbelief and wonder always work for us. A Mia Republic talent may not possess other elements in the FOWEC Bill, but if it wows us, it is almost guaranteed we would want to have something to do with him.
E- Excellent: For us, talent should become skill; the point that is reached only through hard work, dedication and continuous learning. Talents who attain the level of panache while injecting growing trends and exceptionality in delivery to what they do, are a Yes-Yes for us.
C- Creative: Creativity for us is neither an accident nor a one-off. As such, a Mia Republic talent must be seen to have/possess or known to display a good level of creativity at what they do.
How Do I Get Noticed?
Finding new talents is the job of our scouts, however, talents seeking to get across to us by themselves are highly encouraged to do so. We will do our background checks.
